A Helping Hand: Migrant Education: A twenty-eight minute film Kenny produced, directed, wrote, and edited for the NYS Department of Migration Education that documents the struggle of the migrant child to secure an education and the efforts of the Bureau of Migrant Education to assist in that struggle.
